Fenix ARE-A4 Battery Charger

The auto-detection for charging modes is a lifesaver—I just pop in whatever mixed batteries I’ve got and it sorts out the right current without any fiddling. Four channels means I can top off my AA stash and a couple of 18650s at the same time, and the build feels solid enough for daily use.

I threw every odd rechargeable I own into it—AA, AAA, even some old 14500s—and the automatic mode selection sorted each one without me touching a button. The four channels let me top off a full set at once, which cuts my charging time in half compared to my old single-bay unit.

Finally, a charger that just works without me having to fiddle with settings for every single battery type. The auto mode selection is spot on, and with four channels I can top up my AA and AAA cells at the same time without any fuss.
