Fenix 18650 Rechargeable Batteries

18650 rechargeable batteries are high-capacity batteries used in lighting products. The 18650 battery is a great alternative for products that utilize 2xCR123A disposable batteries. For example, you can get 30% more capacity out of a ARB-L18-3500 compared to a ARB-L18-2600. In addition, Fenix batteries are built with safety in mind. The high capacity 18650 Li-ion rechargeable batteries each provide protection circuits in the anode to help prevent short circuits, over charge/discharge and over heating. Each 18650 battery also includes pressure relief vents which expel waste gas in the rare case of an internal short circuit preventing an explosion. Fenix’s 18650 batteries have a guaranteed lifespan of 500 charge cycles. This means that the battery will recharge to at least 75% of its original battery capacity 500 times over.
